U.S. Shipping & Duty Handling Policy (FedEx)
Effective Date : Jan 5th 2026
Due to the ongoing suspension of EMS services, all U.S. orders shall be shipped exclusively via FedEx, utilizing a suitable international delivery service selected at our discretion.
For a limited period, we shall subsidize the following import-related expenses:
- FedEx international shipping fees (Japan → U.S.)
- Mandatory U.S. import duties (if applicable)
- FedEx disbursement fees related to duty handling
Notwithstanding this subsidy, a mandatory, non-refundable $200 Handling Fee shall be applied at checkout to partially offset the associated administrative and logistics management costs.
This temporary special support program is subject to termination, revocation, or modification at any time without prior notice, even subsequent to its display on the checkout interface.
